We don’t solve homelessness by criminalizing it, and it actually makes you and I less safe when we throw homeless people in jail. We have the responsibility to ensure that Central Texas supports our most vulnerable populations instead of locking them up.

A "no" vote on Austin's Prop B, a Republican-led ballot measure that would make it illegal to be homeless in Austin, will help many Central Texans. Our Revolution supports Affordable Housing for All. Housing is a human right.
